Telehealth Services (Acute Care)

Basic Access – $50 
  • For quick care when you need it. Includes a one-time telehealth visit.
Core Access (most popular) – $65/month

Elite Access – $99/month 
  • For concierge-level support. Includes unlimited telehealth visits per month, priority messaging, biannual wellness consults, and 15% off additional services and add-ons.
